Shipping
Items are shipped via regular airmail.
If an item is on stock it will be shipped within 1 working day and you will receive an ETA by email.
Since all our items are handmade, it takes about 2-3 days to 2-3 weeks (it could be shipped in 2-3 days if we have it in stock, and if not, it could take about 2-3 weeks) for us to ship in busy season.
Items that are custom made or made to measure may take up to 3-4 weeks depending on fabrics availability and work load at the time.
Once package is shipped I am NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS AND THEFT (proof provided upon request) and all shipping costs related to exchanges or expedited / guaranteed shipping shall be the buyer's responsibility.

HOW TO LEAVE THE SIZE & COLOR TO US

SIZES
Most of my garments are first made for runway presentation and as such are size Euro 36 or US S.
If you require a different size, please read below.
If you're not sure what your measurements are, it's worth taking the time to find out. This will aid tremendously in making items that fit correctly. Please note that these measurements are not body measurements. They are garment measurements and should be slightly larger than your actual measurements. This extra space, called "ease", is important because it allows you to do normal activities (such as sitting and walking) comfortably, without restriction. Ease is most important for non-stretching fabrics and items designed to be worn over other garments, such as coats and jackets. Stretchy knit fabrics will typically not require ease.
One way to find your sizes is to find a garment of your own (with the same type of styling) and measure it referring to the next paragraphs .
If you cannot find a similar garment, please measure your body as described below and send me your measurements.
1 Bust
First, measure your bust are by putting the tape measure under your arms and around your shoulder blades (tape measure should be straight across your back). Also make certain that the tape measure is over the fullest part of your bust which is usually the area that sticks out the most or right at the nipples.
2 Waist
Measure your waist by putting the tape measure around where your waist creases. To find your proper waist area, bend over and this is the crease mentioned in the last sentence. Also the waist area is usually right above your belly button or the narrowest part of your waist.
3 Hips
Next, stand with your feet together and wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your hips. This area is usually 7 to 9 inches below your waist.
4 Arm length
Next, measure your arm length by placing the tape measure at the top of the shoulder and stretching it down to where your wrist meets your hand.
5 Inseam
Know that the easiest way to measure your inseam is to find your favorite pair of pants . You know, the ones that look great and are the perfect length. Take these pants and place the tape measure directly on the lowest point of the crotch and keep it straight to the floor. This is your inseam.
6 Thighs
Then, measure your thighs by placing the tape measure on the fullest part of your upper thighs and wrapping the tape measure around. Make sure that the tape measure is straight.
7 Height
If you need to measure your height, take the tape measure and measure from the top of your head to the floor. Another easy way is to stand against the wall and make a small pencil mark at the top of your head. Step away and then you can measure your height from the top of the mark to the floor.
8 Garment length
If you require the garment (e.g. a dress) to be a certain length, please measure the distance in a straight line from the top of your shoulder to the place where you desire the hemline.
9 Length of your upper body
In order for certain garments to fit exactly, the length of your upper body is required. Please measure the distance from the top of your shoulder to the fullest part of your hips.
COLOURS
Viewing the pictures on different monitors may yield slightly different tones due to way these things work. Also, colours in natural outdoor light might look a little different that under perfect studio lighting. I always take every step necessary to make sure that the colours depicted are as close to the real thing as possible and to keep proper colour reproduction in my pictures.
